Terms of Service
Terms for using Oxygen Donuts: crypto donations, wallets, fees, liability, AML checks, and acceptable use.
- Updated: June 17, 2026
- Effective: June 17, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Oxygen Donuts. By using the website, creating a page, accepting donations, connecting a wallet, or sending a payment, you agree to these Terms.
Oxygen Donuts is a wallet-based crypto donation service for streamers. We are not a bank, exchange, broker, payment institution, tax adviser, or legal adviser. We do not ask for your seed phrase or private key and we do not control your wallet.
Localized versions are provided for convenience. If translations conflict, the English version controls to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
1. What Oxygen Donuts does
The service helps streamers create donation pages, accept supported crypto assets, display OBS alerts, receive Telegram notifications, view basic stats, and use related product features.
Oxygen currently supports BNB Chain and Base, plus USDT, USDC, BNB, and ETH where those options are enabled in the product. Supported networks, tokens, and features may change, expand, pause, or be removed for technical, legal, security, or product reasons.
Wallet payments are processed through smart contracts. QR/exchange payments may use a temporary per-intent address and worker sweep before on-chain settlement; incorrect, stuck, or unsupported deposits may require manual support or review.
2. Wallets, funds, and on-chain transactions
- Donations use blockchain networks and smart contracts. Transactions are usually irreversible.
- Smart contracts, token contracts, blockchain networks, wallets, and RPC providers may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, failures, or temporary outages. Oxygen may test, monitor, and update contracts or interfaces, but we do not guarantee that those systems are always error-free or available.
- Oxygen does not store your private keys and cannot sign transactions for you without your action in a wallet or embedded wallet flow.
- If you use your own EVM wallet, you are responsible for access, seed phrase, private key, address, selected network, and transaction confirmations.
- If you create an embedded wallet in Oxygen, the wallet is created through third-party Privy infrastructure. Oxygen does not see your seed phrase or private key. You must keep access to your email or other login method. Your use of Privy may be governed by Privy terms and privacy policy.
- After a payout wallet is registered in the contracts, it may be immutable. Check the address carefully before confirming.
- Network fees, gas, delays, RPC failures, chain congestion, wallet errors, wrong networks, and wrong tokens are not fully controlled by Oxygen.
3. Fees, donations, referrals, and taxes
- Oxygen base service fee is 2% unless another fee is clearly shown in the product, an agreement, or updated terms.
- Network fees, gas, wallet fees, exchange fees, on-ramp fees, off-ramp fees, and blockchain fees are separate from Oxygen service fees.
- Donations are voluntary support payments to streamers. Unless clearly stated otherwise, donations are not purchases of goods, services, securities, tokens, or investment products.
- Oxygen cannot reverse on-chain transactions. Refunds, if any, are handled by the recipient streamer at their discretion and may require a separate blockchain transaction, gas/network fees, and coordination between donor and streamer.
- Referral rewards, if available, are calculated from Oxygen fees and may depend on program rules, account status, network availability, and claim functionality.
- Oxygen does not guarantee income, donations, viewers, conversion, channel growth, or availability of any specific payment method.
- Streamers and recipients are solely responsible for taxes, accounting, reporting, licenses, permits, and legal compliance in their jurisdictions.
4. Eligibility and compliance
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally permitted to enter these Terms and use crypto assets.
- You must not be sanctioned, act for a sanctioned person, or use the service for prohibited purposes.
- You are responsible for complying with Twitch, YouTube, Telegram, wallet, blockchain, and other platform rules used with Oxygen.
- We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we believe use creates legal, sanctions, AML, fraud, security, or reputational risk.
5. Content and prohibited use
You are responsible for your display name, description, images, links, fundraising goals, messages, TTS, donation text, and any other content you publish or transmit through the service.
Streamers are responsible for moderating donation messages, TTS settings, alerts, media, and on-stream display. Oxygen may provide moderation tools, but we do not guarantee that all harmful, unwanted, or prohibited content will be blocked before appearing in OBS, on a page, or on stream.
- Do not use the service for fraud, phishing, impersonation, malware, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or illegal goods or services.
- Do not post content that violates third-party rights, privacy, intellectual property, platform rules, or applicable law.
- Do not post threats, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, exploitation of minors, terrorist content, or instructions for harm.
- We may hide, remove, restrict a page, disable alerts, restrict dashboard, page, notification, or other interface access, or refuse service when needed for safety, law, investigation, or service protection.
6. AML, risk checks, and security
Oxygen may use automated and manual risk checks, including wallet, transaction, sanctions, fraud, abuse, and suspicious activity screening.
These checks are not bank KYC, bank monitoring, or a guarantee that funds are clean. We may delay, block, or restrict dashboard, alert, page, notification, or other interface access if an address, transaction, or account appears risky or if law, providers, networks, or product security require it.
7. Third-party services
Oxygen may rely on third-party services such as wallets, Privy, blockchain networks, RPC providers, explorers, hosting, databases, storage, analytics/security logs, Telegram, Twitch, Google, YouTube, and other integrations.
We do not control their terms, availability, fees, moderation, blocks, errors, security incidents, or API changes. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
8. Availability and product changes
The service is provided as is and as available. We may change, add, remove, restrict, or discontinue features, networks, tokens, pages, APIs, alerts, bot integrations, admin functions, or documentation without guaranteeing permanent availability.
We may perform maintenance, hotfixes, incident response, security response, or emergency pauses when needed to protect users, contracts, infrastructure, or Oxygen.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oxygen, its owners, developers, contractors, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, loss of crypto assets, missed donations, chain failures, wallet mistakes, third-party failures, volatility, tax consequences, or regulatory consequences.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oxygen total liability for any claims is limited to the greater of: fees you actually paid to Oxygen in the previous 3 months, or USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they apply only where lawful.
10. Indemnity, disputes, and contact
You agree to defend and indemnify Oxygen from losses, costs, claims, and liabilities arising from your content, breach of these Terms, legal violations, taxes, wallet mistakes, fraud, abuse, or third-party use through your account.
Disputes must be handled individually, in good faith, and within the limits of applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected where they apply.
